bonnieqkBeing overweight myself just last year, I know what it takes to lose weight the right way. It’s not easy to lose those extra pounds. However, it is doable. Through discipline and a shift in my lifestyle, I was able to lose 40 pounds. Yes, you read that right, 40 pounds. Educating myself about eating right and exercising regularly did the trick.  You simply don’t just weigh yourself to monitor results. You also have to look in the mirror and honestly look at yourself. If you don’t like what you see, you know that you have to do something about it. That is how I motivated myself to lose weight. If I can do it, you can do it too.
